On the sloped site of the former gymnasium, a new longitudinal annex was built, housing a kindergarten, nursery, and movement room. The volume adopts the alignment and roof geometries of the surrounding buildings and evolves them into a distinctive architectural form. The facade is defined by grey-stained wooden slats, while large openings and skylights bring natural light into the openly designed interior spaces.

The new municipal office and a child-friendly multimedia library are located in two buildings of different heights, staggered one behind the other, which - overcoming the difference in level of about one storey - connect two local areas. The striking ensemble, encased in a metal façade, fits confidently into the existing, traditional village structure.
